Frasers Property Industrial – Melbourne
Once upon a time, there is a big company called Frasers Property Industrial, and they do, like, building stuff but not houses… more like giant big-boy buildings where trucks go vroom-vroom and boxes go everywhere. They make super huge sheds, but fancy ones, not the ugly ones your uncle has in the backyard with spiders. These ones are shiny and clean, and people put their business things inside so everything feels important.
Frasers people are like, “We make spaces for work-y work,” and everyone else is like, “Yay, thank you!” They build giant warehouses that look like they could fit 100 dinosaurs, maybe even 200 if the dinosaurs behave. They also make places for companies to store things, ship things, move things, and pretend they know where everything is.
They are very smart grown-ups who say things like “sustainable development” and “industrial solutions,” but a 5-year-old like me thinks it just means they are trying to save the planet while also making big Lego-looking buildings. They like green stuff too, like trees and planet Earth, so they try not to break anything when making their giant buildings.
Frasers Property Industrial builds these big spaces all around Australia and other places too, because they want everyone to have nice, happy buildings to put stuff in. They also make sure the buildings don’t fall down, which is nice because falling buildings are very bad.
So basically, they are like the superheroes of big chunky buildings. They don’t wear capes (I think?) but they make places where businesses can do business-y things. And that’s why everyone likes them and says, “Wow, your giant building is so cool.”
