Langlands Restaurant and Bar
Okay sooo Langlands Restaurant is like a big food place very high in the sky, like almost touching the clouds because it’s on a super tall building. You go up up up in the elevator and then BOOM you see the whole city like you are a giant. The cars look like ants and the river looks like a shiny worm. It’s so funny.
Inside the place they give you food but not normal food like nuggets (sad), but fancy grown-up food like fishy fish, cow steak, green leaves that taste like plants (because they ARE plants), and desserts that make your tummy go “yippee!!!” They say it’s “modern Australian” food but I don’t know what that means. Maybe kangaroos made it? I dunno.
They also like to share food. They say “sharing plates” which means everybody grabs stuff from the same plate like hungry monkeys. Very fun.
They get their food from farmers, like real ones who touch dirt and grow veggies. So the food tastes real and not like plastic.
They also care about Earth. They don’t throw old food in the bin, they turn it into dirt juice for plants. They also like bees. They have buzzing bees making honey somewhere. I hope the bees don’t sting the food.
If you wanna party or have a talky meeting (boring), they have a fancy room with big windows so you can stare outside instead of listening.
They do weird fun days like Steak Day and Bottomless Brunch where you eat and drink forever until you roll away like a potato.
So yeah, Langlands is a high-up fancy sky-restaurant where you eat yummy things, look at tiny cars, pretend you’re a giant, and feel very grown-up even if you’re actually a baby.
