Local Valuers is a group of big people who walk around houses and buildings and go, “Hmmmm… this house worth THIS MUCH MONEY!” They are like money-guessing superheroes but they don’t wear capes (sad). They just look at your house and say, “Yep, this one is fancy” or “Oh no this one needs fixing,” and then they write a big grown-up report about it.

If you have a tiny house, medium house, BIG house, super giant building, or even a dusty old warehouse full of spiders, they will still come and check it. They look at your walls, your floors, your roof, your everything, and then they do maths (ew) to figure out the value. They are like property detectives but without magnifying glasses.

They also help business people who own shops and factories and offices. They look at those too and say, “This business building is worth lots of shiny dollars!” Or maybe not lots… depends.

Sometimes grown-ups need these reports for serious stuff like court or money problems or tax or something boring. So Local Valuers make a SUPER SERIOUS PAPER called a “sworn valuation,” which means it is super official, like when a kid says “I PINKY PROMISE.”

They also help people with those funny “super fund” things. I don’t know what that is but it sounds like a superhero piggy bank, and Local Valuers checks the value of the property inside it so everything is okay.

They even do special valuations for big industrial places with trucks and boxes and machines. They don’t get scared, they just check the place and say the money number.

If you want them, you call them and they go, “Okay we come look at your house.” Easy.

So Local Valuers is basically: big smart humans who look at your place and tell you how many money it’s worth because grown-ups need that.
