The Photo Studio is a big people-picture house where you go stand in front of flashy lights and say “CHEEEESE” even if nobody gives you cheese. It’s like when kids play dress-up, but this one is for grown-ups who wanna look fancy or cool or like superheroes or like models from TV.

They have big rooms in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, but they are not bedrooms, they are camera rooms. You go inside and there’s giant lights that look like little suns and cameras so fancy they probably cost more than 1 million candies.

When you go there, the people say “HELLO WE MAKE YOU PRETTY NOW” and then they put stuff on your face and hair until you look shiny like a polished potato. Then they make you stand here, stand there, look up, look down, pretend you are serious, pretend you are laughing, pretend you are thinking about pizza — all the poses!

They have LOTS of backgrounds, like 40 whole backgrounds, which is more than the number of fingers I have. You can pretend you are in a rainbow, in a dark moody place, on a fashion runway, or like you are Very Important Human.

They love telling everyone “YOU LOOK AMAZING WOW WOW” even if you feel like a sleepy potato that day. They make everyone feel special like you’re a superstar and not just a regular person who microwaves chicken nuggets at 2am.

People go there to feel good, take pictures, look cool, show their confidence, and say “LOOK MOM I LOOK NICE.”

So yeah… The Photo Studio is basically a giant happy camera playground where grown-ups go to feel fabulous and sparkle like glitter crayons.
